The absolute worst experience i have ever had with a mechanic shop. Very Unprofessional. They misdiagnosed my vehicle multiple times. They have a hard time taking accountability for their poor service. Maters of the "up sale".Evertytime i got my vehicle back there was a new problem. Their work is really slack. My glove compartment was left on the car floor and they attempted to give me my car back like that. My wheels were not tightened properly causing the front wheels to wobble. At that point i had enough with dealing with them. I feared that if i left my vehicle with them any longer they would hand me the steering wheel at that's it. i had to get someone else to tighten them and i needed two tires because the wobbling wore out my tires. I never leave reviews so pls understand how bad this experience was. of course.. the lengthy response. horrible. LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with C & M Automotive in Fayetteville, NC. I brought my vehicle in for a coil pack replacement and paid nearly $300 for the repair. Unfortunately, the work was not done properly. The coil pack was installed so badly cross-threaded that it now cannot be removed without causing additional damage. Not only did the repair fail to fix the issue, but the vehicle began acting up again less than an hour into my 4.5-hour drive home. They are saying they replaced cylinder 1 but it is in fact cylinder 4 as it’s the ONLY one on my vehicle that is new. All other show the original ford logo. I have video proof that the coil that was replaced by them will not come off. The shop was fully aware that I was not local and was several hours from home visiting family. I even called them while driving back to report that the vehicle was already experiencing problems. When the dealership I purchased the vehicle from was finally able to inspect it, they discovered the extent of the damage and advised that removing the improperly installed part would likely cause further damage due to how severely it was cross-threaded. I called and spoke with Steven who assured me that they would be able to replace my Catalytic converters on my Infiniti m37. I brought the car in the next day and the Technician Austin & Ace did the job thoroughly without any issues whatsoever! After having a few different people look at my vehicle I was nervous about getting the repair done because the bolts were rusted out and could potentially lead to bigger problems. I had a great experience with all of them, including Chris & his Wife! Very easy going folks and I would definitely do business with them again as I've already planned on getting my window tint redone. I would definitely recommend this automotive company to almost do any kind of repairs, Big or little!Thank you 🙏 again for getting the job done and my day is a lot less stressful! Thank all of you!! Highly recommend I have had a lot of my work done by Chris. And love how he had worked on everything he did on my jeep from fixing a back bumper from someone using it as a access point for a lift, to new headlights, side steps, rear inner fenders, new front bumper, lights, and much more.

I can say that I absolutely 100% trust Chris with my car. Chris was able to get to my car within the same day. He fixed what we needed to be fixed with no problems or issues! We will definitely be coming back for more and we will recommend him to anyone with car troubles or repairs!
